a 1930’s renovation project in the heart of the city. this victorian style home was completely redesigned with a modern farmhouse design. the perimeter of the home stayed original to the home, but the interior spaces were reconfigured and refreshed. the kitchen relocated into the formal dining room of past and walls were eliminated to create an open floor plan. special pieces of the original character and charm of the home were preserved.
